A Senior Executive/Program Manager in the health care medical technology consulting field with nearly 40 years of extensive technology management and consulting experience. Led and developed high level Clinical Engineering Insourced/Outsourced programs for two large IDN’s and two Tertiary Care Medical Centers.

Jerry Sheffield has extensive experience in hospital operations and equipment technology.  Operations background includes clinical engineering, facilities engineering, materials management and housekeeping along with all support services.  Jerry's experience in biomedical technology began as a biomedical equipment technician servicing, calibrating, and maintaining a variety of medical systems and instrumentation.  His experience includes all areas of hospital equipment technology, telecommunications and facilities planning and services.  He has experience in the design and outfitting of hospitals that had no staff until after construction was completed.  Mr. Sheffield holds a Masters' degree from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Technology from Wayland College.  He is an active member of the Association for Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) (Past member, Certification Board), The American Society for Hospital Engineers (ASHE), and the National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA).  Mr. Sheffield is exceptionally well qualified to provide in-depth management consultation and planning services to our clients.
